2.    How does Downtown's Rental Guarantee work?
When you purchase the apartment and accept our rental guarantee offer for minimum three years which means downtown will pay you a guaranteed rental to your nominated account every month regardless your apartment is vacant or occupied.
Your minimum 3 year Rental Guarantee is an agreement that is signed when you sign your apartment purchase contract. You will sign a standard property management authority with us allowing to use your apartment on your behalf once the apartment is constructed.
 
3.    Why is Downtown's Rental Guarantee called peace of mind investment?
Many investors face constant fear of loss of income if the tenant vacates or does not pay the rent, or in worst case scenario, apartment is vacant for number of months. 4.    If I want to move in to my apartment before 3 years Rental guarantee contract finishes, is it possible?
Yes it is possible. Downtown always thinks for client's circumstances & satisfaction guarantee. To move into your apartment, all you have to do is write a letter of cancellation of rental guarantee to management, 2 months prior to move in date.
 
5.    How is it possible for Downtown to offer this unique scheme?

7.    What is Downtown's  special Owner's Accommodation Privileges  ?
The downtown offers owners of its apartments a unique free accommodation privilege for up to 2 weeks to 8 weeks per year in our Executive Guest Apartments. Under this arrangement you can stay in Executive Guest Apartment for free of charge while your own apartment is on Rental guarantee offer. All reservations and inquiries have to be made directly via downtown community Manager.  These accommodation privileges are suitable for holiday maker at Kathmandu, business travelers or person coming home from overseas.

8.    I live in country other than Nepal, how do I purchase downtown or city view apartment from overseas?
We will definitely make your purchase experience so simple even you live in overseas. Please contact our office for alternative arrangement.

9.    Can an existing client enroll to this scheme?
This is an offer provided exclusively to the targeted clients like NRNs who usually stay away from home but they want to have some sort of sustainable investment in Nepal. If our existing customers want to have this facility of rental guarantee, they will have to pay a certain premium to the existing price.
